I grew up in a canning family. We raised a garden and canned the yield every summer/fall. Here's the thing though ... Our canning was a little boring. Maybe even a lot boring.

When Marie and I met one of the first things we talked about was creating canning recipes that families would beg to eat. Recipes that your family would prefer over store bought goods.

So, that's what we have done. We have made and tested dozens of tomato recipes. The recipes range from easy to hard and are for beginning to advanced canners. Every recipe has written instructions as well as a step-by-step video tutorial.
