These are such a great combination and they go together really easily. First I place my carrier oil in a container. In this case, I used olive oil. Then, I added my essential oils and stirred with a fork to combine them all.

Hands pour oil from a jar into a blue glass bottle using a funnel. Colorful bottles in background. Apron reads "Marie."

Lastly, I place the oil in a dark glass bottle and tightly seal it. Amber or cobalt bottle work really well to block UV light and prevent oxidation. Too much sunlight can actually degrade the oil and alter its chemical composition.

Person wearing apron labeled "Marie" seals purple bottle on counter; colorful bottles and measuring spoons nearby. Brown wooden cabinets.

I always try to reclose the bottle as quickly as possible after use and store it in a cool, dark location.

When using, I place a small amount into my hand and massage it into the affected joint. I use this from 1-3 times a day as long as symptoms persist.

If the pain is from an unknown cause, doesn't get better or is getting worse it is a good idea to consult with your doctor or physical therapist. If you are allergic to any ingredients please do not use them.
