Homemade freezer jam holds its fresh flavor and is incredible when slathered over homemade bread. Not only is it delicious but it is so easy to make. In addition, freezer jam has less sugar in it making it just a little healthier. Combining the super berries: raspberry, blackberry, and strawberry gives you the perfect mix for this amazing triple berry freezer jam recipe.

Supplies

Steps to Make Homemade Triple Berry Freezer Jam:

Remove all the green tops off the strawberries with a strawberry huller or a paring knife and wash all the berries.


INGREDIENTS

2 cups crushed strawberries 1 cup crushed raspberries 1 cup crushed blackberries. 1 1/2 cups sugar 5 tablespoons Ball instant pectin

Mash 2 cups of crushed strawberries, 1 cup of crushed raspberries, and 1 cup of crushed blackberries.

In a separate bowl, stir together 1 1/2 cups of sugar and 5 tablespoons of Ball instant pectin.

Add sugar and pectin

Add the sugar/pectin blend to the crushed berries and stir until mixed well and evenly disbursed.

Place in Containers

Let it rest for 30 minutes on the counter. Place in clean freezer containers with lids, leaving 1 inch of headspace. Freeze for up to 1 year.
